Further information

The successful candidate would be based at Info-Nation and will work within the 16+ part of our service, to support with AAI (Access, Advise and Information) and case management of CINOCS and LAC cases.

Working in partnership with Barnardo’s, the 16+ Team aims to provide a seamless and tailored response to the needs of all young people aged between 16 and 25. We hope to employ a dynamic and solution focused person who has a passion for this service area and the enthusiasm needed to meet the challenges of this age group.

Ideally candidates would have good knowledge of statutory roles within Child Protection and the responsibilities of the local authority towards Looked After Children and Care Leavers. Most importantly, there would be evidence of good experience working with young people and supporting them through complex situations and important transitions in their life.

We are a very supportive and forward thinking team and we actively explore opportunities to be creative and flexible in the way we meet the needs of complex young people. We look forward to meeting potential employees and to hearing what skills and experiences you can bring to our service.
